Pass-Through Rates

PJM Settlement provides billing and collection services for certain costs of six other entities:

• the Independent Market Monitor,
• the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission,
• the Organization of PJM States, Inc.,
• the Consumer Advocates of PJM States,
• the North American Electricity Corporation, and
• ReliabilityFirst Corporation.

To help members estimate these pass-through charges for which PJM Settlement provides billing and collection services, PJM posts annual rate estimates applicable to these pass-through charges billed in accordance with Tariff Schedules 9-MMU, 9-FERC, 9-OPSI, 9-CAPS, 10-NERC, and 10-RFC, respectively.
