Reliability Standards & Compliance Subcommittee

The Reliability Standards and Compliance Subcommittee (RSCS) provides a common platform for PJM and its member companies to discuss and collaborate on North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and regional standards, compliance issues, and the production and evaluation of quality evidence of compliance.

To join the Reliability Standards & Compliance Subcommittee list, go to the Enrollment/Change Form, enter your contact information and enter “Reliability Standards & Compliance Subcommittee” in the affected committees box.

Roster PDF | Updates

A secure website is available for RSCS members to share information about their compliance programs and activities. Questions, discussions, issues and lessons learned can be shared on the site. Meeting minutes and materials will also be posted on the site, along with other RSCS information for members. To gain access to the secure site, members will have to create an account for PJM Connect through Account Manager, and request access to the RSCS website.  Please note that access is limited to PJM staff and PJM members only.
