Resource Adequacy Analysis Subcommittee
Resource Adequacy Analysis Subcommittee (RAAS) reviews the modeling and analysis techniques used in the annual Reserve Requirement Study (RRS) and Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective (CETO) studies. The RAAS reports to the Planning Committee (PC).
