Resource Adequacy Senior Task Force
The PJM Board of Managers issued a letter PDF on April 6, 2021, urging stakeholders to address a series of topics related to the capacity market following the completion of the Critical Issue Fast Path (CIFP) addressing the Minimum Offer Price Rule (MOPR). The Resource Adequacy Senior Task Force (RASTF) will discuss these remaining topics beyond the CIFP-MOPR and recommend possible changes to the capacity market. The RASTF reports to the Markets & Reliability Committee (MRC).
