Governing Document Enhancement & Clarification Subcommittee
This subcommittee was approved in July 2015 as a conversion of the Tariff Harmonization Senior Task Force to address inconsistencies, and any confusing, ambiguous and inaccurate provisions in PJM's governing documents. The GDECS reports to the Markets and Reliability Committee (MRC).
