Daily Energy Market Offer Data Newer data available in Data Miner PJM implemented intra-day offers for generation resources in November 2017. The files posted below will reflect data through the end of October 2017. All data for November 2017 forward will be available in Data Miner in April 2018. At that time, the format will be updated to include the hourly generation offers. Due to the required four month delay in posting this data, the November 2017 data will be available in April 2018. These files contain detail on offers by generators into the PJM Day-Ahead Energy Market. Generator identification is masked to prevent revealing of confidential information, and the masked codes are changed annually. Field Descriptions Description BIDDATE Date of data in format YYYYMMDD UNITCODE A 19-22 alphanumeric identifier concealing the unit's identity USEBIDSLOPE If YES, then the bid curve is a piecewise linear function (MW/BID points are connected by straight lines). If NO, then the bid curve is a step function (points form blocks of MWs at BID prices).
