About This Release
Included in this release are the addition of a projected post, the addition of a PCLLRW Event Historian, and miscellaneous visual enhancements.
New Features
- Concept of projected post – a field which is optionally used by operators to estimate the most severe PJM state estimated post-contingency condition
- Relief needed with projected post banners – banner messages will be updated to reflect valid or deficient states
- PCLLRW Event Historian - displays previously issued Load Shed Plans in reverse chronological order

Enhanced look and feel for application as a whole including consistent usage of kV vs KV

About This Release
Included in this release are changes regarding the PCLLRW sub-tool look/feel. Major features for members include Light and Dark Theme Alignment and User Experience improvements; TO Visibility for all Issued/Impactful TOs; and, a Filter option for those TO zones who exist within a single parent group. Also includes internal administrative changes.

- New Company Filter on SA Exceedances page for TOs with multi-zone views
- When available, Load DFAX driven visibility of trends/exceedances for TOs meeting a PJM admin defined threshold
- SA Exceedance table visibility of trends/exceedances to all TOs issued a PCLLRW, regardless of Monitored Element ownership

About This Release
Initial release for the TO Connection tool suite which is a PJM and Member TO container application for Operator to Operator communication around transmission tools such as PCLLRW & Stability Viewer.
New Features
TO Connection framework, including upgrades to PJM framework standards. PCLLRW moves down a layer, but is otherwise unchanged. Stability Viewer tool added, allowing for PJM sharing of stability limitations with Member TOs for their awareness.
