​Starting with the RPM Base Residual Auction for the 2030/31 Delivery Year, PJM will return to the normal RPM schedule and the accompanying RPM Planning Parameter deadlines as laid out in the OATT and RAA. The deadlines for the RPM Planning Parameters have not adapted to the additional workload as well as timing and verification requirements needed post ER24-99. These challenges have created a situation where the timing between when the data is made available and when the resulting analysis is due is at best tight and at worst unworkable. This warrants consideration in the PJM stakeholder process as accurate market information is critical to market participants and for effective running of the capacity market.
