On April 6, 2026, in Docket Nos. ER26-1300-000 and ER26-1303-000, PJM filed its response (PJM’s Second Answer) to Amelia Energy Facility, LLC’s March 25, 2025 Motion for Leave to Answer and Answer (Amelia Energy Answer), which responded to PJM’s March 18, 2026 Motion for Leave to Answer (PJM’s First Answer) to Amelia Energy’s March 2, 2026 Protest to PJM’s February 9, 2026 filings of the unexecuted Amelia Energy Generation Interconnection Agreement (GIA) and associated Network Upgrade Cost Responsibility Agreements (NUCRAs) (Amelia Energy Protest). For the reasons set forth in PJM’s First and Second Answers, PJM respectfully requests that the Commission reject the Amelia Energy Protest and the Amelia Energy Answer and accept and establish an April 11, 2026, effective date for the Amelia Energy GIA and the related NUCRAs.

On April 6, 2026, in Docket No. ER26-1426-000, the Commission issued an order accepting PJM's submission on behalf of Duquesne Light Company revisions/modifications to PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. Open Access Transmission Tariff,
section Attachment H-17A to conform references in the DLC Formula Rate to changes in the FERC Form No. 1 made by the Commission in Order No. 898. The Agreement is effective as of January 1, 2025.
