On July 24, 2026, in Docket No. ER26-1563-002, PJM filed a motion for leave to answer and answer to Public Interest Organizations’ request for rehearing of the Commission’s July 9, 2026 order approving PJM’s proposal to implement an Expedited Interconnection Track (EIT). PJM argued that the Commission correctly concluded, based on record evidence, that the EIT process will not negatively impact the Cycle study process.

Letter Order in ER26-2736-000 PDF
On July 24, 2026, in Docket No. ER26-2736-000, the Commission issued an Order accepting PJM's submission on behalf of the PJM Transmission Owners (PJM TOs) revisions to Schedule 12, Section (b)(iii)(A)(6) of the Open Access Transmission Tariff (Tariff) in compliance with the Commission's March 6, 2026 Order on Remand (Order on Remand). The Order directed the PJM TOs to remove the 1% de minimis rule from the solution-based DFAX method. PJM The revisions to Schedule 12, Section (b)(iii)(A)(6) are effective June 1, 2026.

Order Accepting Tariff Revisions in ER26-2651-000 PDF
On July 24, 2026, in Docket No. ER26-2651-000, the Commission issued an order accepting PJM's Tariff revisions to the minimum capitalization requirements for participation in PJM Markets. The proposed revisions increase the Tangible Net Worth threshold required to be eligible to participate in PJM Markets. PJM's Tariff revisions become effective as of July 27, 2026.
